Mont Pic Global offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that all products that we sell are free of defects.
We understand problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken. Please email us on info@montpic.co.za if there is any problems that you might have run into and we will sort it out as soon as possible for you.

Products damaged on Delivery
Should you receive your product and find that it has been damaged or is missing any parts/ accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days by following the Returns Process. We will arrange to collect the product from you at a charge to you.

Preparing your Product for a Return

  • All goods to be in original packaging.
  • If the good is not in original packaging a 10% handling fee will be charged.
  • Goods will be tested before a swop/refund or credit is given.
  • No swop/refund or credit will be given when physically damaged
  • Mont Pic Global is not responsible for any courier fees on goods returned.

Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in your return being declined.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be made by us, within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. We will do our best to refund you in an EFT method.
This Policy forms part of the Mont Pic Global’s Terms and Conditions and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
